This is the place where you go to become a thief. You must be at least level 5. It is located on the northwestern side of Victoria Island, situated between Henesys and Lith Harbor. This is the most urban town in Victoria Island, hence its name. Outside of the town, there are a number of construction sites and partially completed buildings, overrun by monsters. Kerning's most popular training area is in the Subways.

Perion is the town where a beginner class can become a warrior. Players must be level 10 to make the advancement to warrior. The town is located at the northeastern end of Victoria Island between Kerning City and Ellinia.

Ellinia is the place to become a magician, and to do so you need to be level 8. This town has a forest-like theme to it. It is located on the eastern side of Victoria Island, between Perion and Henesys. Around this town are a number of tree dungeons that can provide excellent training for some people.

Henesys is a peaceful town in the prairies on the southern section of Victoria Island. Many of its buildings are shaped like mushrooms. The town was supposedly settled by elves and Athena Pierce seems to be one of the last survivors. This is the place to go if you want to go to become an archer. It is one of the most important towns in the game. A character hoping to become a bowman (another word for archer) has to be level 10. The monsters south of Henesys help train players from levels 10 to 30.
