!! Battle Guide !!
Battle rules
1. God-modding is certainly not allowed during battles, this will automatically deny your rights to that battle.
2. You are not allowed to pick how much damage your attack inflicts. Only the staff member that is overlooking your battle may decide how much damage you inflicted.
3. The number of attacks you inflict are only limited to 2, give your opponent a chance to react.
4. Do not determine whether your attack lands or not, once again, only the staff member decides this.
5. Do not decide the death of another's character, if you would like your character to be killed during the Tournament then you must contact a staff member first to make preparations.
6. Try to drag out your battle for as long as you can, trust me it's more fun that way.
7. If you make no effort whatsoever to describe your attacks and plan your movements, then do not expect to win this fight. What makes a staff consider making your attack land is how well you write it along with how well that character planned the attack. Keep that in mind.

You're probably wondering how exactly the tournaments function right? Well here's a quick and easy briefing about the selection process, battle process and a few extra things.
Selection Process
The main thread starting this tournament will have a form for your IC character to fill out. Simply fill out the form and post it as a reply to it's designated thread. All students are required to participate. Pairing up students is entirely random, there is absolutely no way to guess the outcome.
Battling Process
This is the challenging part of this tournament. Your character is required to think about his or her next move. Below is how your character's HP and MP are displayed.
Let's suppose Character Name 1 attacked.
Now Character Name 2 replies.
Finally an Admin replies to your thread.
(It was always be in this format. Player 1, then Player 2 and finally Admin then the cycle continues.)
Updated Life Chart
In the next round, those red signs shall disappear. They are there simply to show how much damage was dealt.

Let's suppose Character Name 1 attacked.
Character Name 1 exhaled, this battle was difficult. Her opponent seemed to be reading her every movement, looking quickly to her right, Character Name 1 noticed a large rock and an idea quickly overcame her mind. With a smirk, Character Name 1 bolted towards the rock leaving her opponent looking at her as if she was out of her mind. With her whip, Character Name 1 flicked her wrist, causing it to wrap around the rock. "Rock Tumble!" She called out her attack as the rock shot towards her opponent.
Now Character Name 2 replies.
Character Name 2 smiled slightly, seems as though his opponent was not as difficult as he assumed her to be. This was his lucky day! As he was about to make a move on her, she bolted to the right. What? Was she finally admitting defeat? "Rock Tubmle!" Character Name 2 heard, quickly he moved to the side in hopes that the attack would miss. Damn it! Character Name 2 wasn't paying attention at the time so he was caught off guard, this was getting fun.
